Wharf Bravo Gets Upgraded With Marine Structures Bollards and Cleats

With the completion of the Wharf Bravo Structural Repair project, Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is now better equipped to serve the US Navy, NATO, and other services.

Wharf Bravo is dedicated to supporting and providing berthing for large visiting vessels and offloading operations for supply barges.

The aim of this project was to enhance Wharf Bravo’s capacity for providing berthing for large vessels and facilitate offloading operations for supply barges, as well as improve its readiness to meet U.S. Southern Command contingency requirements. Part of the $24 million project included the addition of Marine Structures American-made double bitt bollards and cleats.
